It should say in the return kit, but they told me to keep my phone.

The box will fit into the big packing envelope they send you. It'll come with a UPS label, you smack it on the front and take it to a UPS store. The device and all the major accessories need to be in the package, I don't know about manuals and all of that but, stylus charger and cables all need to be in there. I did forget to send back the memory card that came with my Mogul, but didn't get charged for it.......so uhh, yea!

Well my account didn't get charged at all, same thing happened when I got my other mogul swapped for my diamond. They just sent it and I sent back my mogul and that was it, same with the pro and my second mogul, no charges just a simple swap.

Well they always charge my account when swapping then give me credit for the whole charge. But I was wondering why its $652?? Tax? Next day shipping?

wow thats retail price... but it doesn't really matter since youre getting most of it back.
They charged me 399 then gave me a $50 credit and next months bill free, and when i return my mogul i'll be refunded the difference between the two handsets.

Yeah but once I received the TP she told me to email her back so she will credit the account the whole price.. But since its so high.. maybe it was shipped next day?

So I got the same deal. I need to buy a TP then send my mogul back. Has anyone had issues witht his, just checking. Also If i but a TP using my upgrade of 150 ... it sounds like they go ahead and give me the full price of my mogul is that correct?
