Yep, sure enough. I used the savingsemi@sprint.com (or something similar) when i started with my SERO plan, and when I tried to place my order for the touch pro they wouldn't process it because I couldn't give them an email of an existing Sprint employee. I knew I should have never come back to Sprint though, the SERO is amazing but their customer service is terrible, I was on the phone for 45 minutes and I was transferred five times just to have them tell me I can't upgrade anything on my account ever because i don't have a employee email address.

Just place the order. The lady i got was a moron first off all the phone was 579 WTF, second only 75$ off and w/ tax everything it came out to 594$ wtf. So im off to email ecare cause they said i was getting it for 374.99. Good thing I billed it to my account.

I just got off the ohine with telesales and the person ( who I could not understand) told me that there is no mail in rebate, and if there was I dont qualify as I only get the $75.00 upgrade.

man that sucks. there are tons of email addresses online, i think Dan@sprint.com is one if I'm not mistaken. I know there is a thread with email addresses here on PPCGeeks somewhere too.

Just got mine ordered. I spoke to a sales person for SERO and she was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. I only qualify for 1 year, so it brought my phone to 504.99 + tax. She would not apply the SAVE50 code though because i have a SERO plan. She did mention that SERO plan users get free shipping and activation waived. And unfortunately, i dont qualify for the MIR, theyre only for if your 22+ months into your contract. Will email e-care and get my $150 credit when i get my phone, and hopefully have them apply the SAVE50 also.
