I'd say this is more like a Focus with a moon roof, not a totally different car.

my phone was activated on nov 20 yes its still within the 30 day

Oct 20th? If so then you qualify for their 30 day guarrantee. Return it for a refund or exchange, a corprate store should be able to take care of that for you. You may have to talk to a Manager to confirm. YMMV This is only a suggestion..

I just got off the phone with sprint, I got to keep my sero plan and i got it for the 299 price, time to sell my mogul. Note to all Sero plan owners, they ask you what the email address is for the person you used to sign up for. Good luck to all those people who used savingsemi@sprint.com or whatever the free one was.

Yep, sure enough. I used the savingsemi@sprint.com (or something similar) when i started with my SERO plan, and when I tried to place my order for the touch pro they wouldn't process it because I couldn't give them an email of an existing Sprint employee. I knew I should have never come back to Sprint though, the SERO is amazing but their customer service is terrible, I was on the phone for 45 minutes and I was transferred five times just to have them tell me I can't upgrade anything on my account ever because i don't have a employee email address.

I just got off the ohine with telesales and the person ( who I could not understand) told me that there is no mail in rebate, and if there was I dont qualify as I only get the $75.00 upgrade.
