I just got off the phone with sprint, I got to keep my sero plan and i got it for the 299 price, time to sell my mogul. Note to all Sero plan owners, they ask you what the email address is for the person you used to sign up for. Good luck to all those people who used savingsemi@sprint.com or whatever the free one was.

Just ordered mine. I called 1800SPRINT1 and they transferred me to employee services since I am SERO. Had no troubles~

They did ask for the referral e-mail and I was like, oh I used the sprintsavings one from long time ago.. and she said well you need a current employee referral to make changes to your plan..

Luckily I had one that was posted on the net and she said that works

i'm emailing eCare now to see if they'll order me mine and the return kit. hopefully, I just got off the phone and they told me that it was available but they couldn't give it to me for free, even though eCare said they had put a note on my account.
So i guess I'll be waiting for my email. They're usually pretty quick.

Ordered mine this morning. Just got my return kit too for my Diamond.
They said It should arrive Monday.

Oh by the way I just dialed *2 and told them I wanted to order the Pro.
They tranfered me to telesales and that was it.

Let me know what you hear. I emailed them earlier and was told they do not have it available until the 2nd.

It seems you can't order through retentions until Nov 2nd.
