I called my local sprint store and they told me that they have in stock now but cannot sell till monday ... what is up with that ..... monday is the 3rd ... why not even sunday the official release day......

Im with ya, im not going to die if mine doesn't come tomorrow. I just said that because my contact made it seem like the phones were en route to sprint or had just arrived and so it was unlikely the phone would ship today. i ordered mine at a little after 7am central, so its plenty of time to make the shipping cutoff if indeed it gets shipped today.

My guess is that Sprint will ship my order tomorrow and I will get it on Monday. If they don't ship tomorrow, I am 100% confident I will have it in my grimey little paws by Tuesday, just in time to check election results. im excited that I could finally order it. Don't really care if its tomorrow or 4 more days until i get it...

I was able to order the TP without a problem from telesales. Only difference is that I'm on an employee referral plan, so they had to forward me to a special department to process the order. They didn't mention anything about the phone not being in the ensemble billing system yet. He said it would be UPS next day, but they can't guarantee it, so to be safe, 3-5 days.

they also advised me of an $18 account modification cost... thats to change your number over to a new line ... that charge has to be fought !!!!!!!!

why wont they swap my diamond? i got my diamond as a replacement from my mogul..i called they said i can only swap for the same phone..WTF?
