I got pimped...I have a corp account and could not upgrade through BB. So I signed up for new service and got it for $239 and then did an ESN swap to get the phone on my corp account. Figured I could use it for a week to see if I really want the phone. I'm on the phone with telesales now and I'm not going to get the 20% discount either

Oh well...after using the phone for a week I think its well worth the price

hey guys bad news. the phone is not in the ensamble billing system yet it shows , but they are preordering today. I just spoke with retention and executive services and I guided them into where they show warehouse inventory. I used to work for retentions and know the system it will ship out on monday. sorry to bust the tp bubble I am mad too.

Haha ok ok you got me but I was seeing if anyone had a chance to call I was busy and couldn't but I just did and they ARE processing all pre orders!!!!!! Hopefully I'll get it tomorrow

One of my co-workers at sprint just placed his order thru employee telesales. We also just got our first shipment of Touch Pro's about 10 minutes ago. im holding one now next to my diamond. man, there both slick

not sure why everyone is ordering through telesales when you can just go buy one at a sprint store today. Most stores are getting them in stock today. The two near me already have them and I just spoke with one to have them hold one for me. They set me up with an appointment at 3pm to go buy it. I would be calling your local stores before trying telesales. Why wait 3-5 days when you could have it today?

I was just told by telesales that the TP is not in the system yet. I used the phone number off sprint.com....is there another one?

I guess I have to make my mind up and decide if I want to send the diamond back or keep it. I'm kind of mixed from some of the reviews on here. I have really gotten use to the small size of the diamond and need to think if in the next two years I will really need more than four gigs of ram or tv out. I guess I will do some reading on here today.

I was approved for a free swap for my treo 800w. I just emailed them to see if it is available and i got reply back in like 20 minutes that it is not. email back on nov 2nd. wtff
