Yep, sure enough. I used the savingsemi@sprint.com (or something similar) when i started with my SERO plan, and when I tried to place my order for the touch pro they wouldn't process it because I couldn't give them an email of an existing Sprint employee. I knew I should have never come back to Sprint though, the SERO is amazing but their customer service is terrible, I was on the phone for 45 minutes and I was transferred five times just to have them tell me I can't upgrade anything on my account ever because i don't have a employee email address.

Dan@sprint.com is one if I'm not mistaken. I know there is a thread with email addresses here on PPCGeeks somewhere too.
