yes u have 30 days to return the phone... just make sure u hold on to everything

But in practice, you can only do that so many times. My wife tried 3 phones coming from her pink RAZR, each time going back to the RAZR. Had to raise holy hell to be able to return that 3rd one...as we were not told of the policy that you can only try twice. Even though I can understand that policy, to this day I still haven't seen it in writing anywhere. So use your "tries" wisely...

Why does Verizon always have to be plain and not give their Windows phones names? I get tired of spiting out numbers to my Verizon Brethern when they see my Sprint PPC's

New to the site so I'm sorry if this has been asked before. I'm with Verizon and my contract has about a month left on it so canceling my contract is an option.

I've been considering going to Sprint for their Touch Pro but I noticed Alltel came out with their Touch Pro this week and it is $280 after rebate and w/2 year contract. Has anyone seen their phone? Is it like the Sprint version, the AT&T version, or is it like the Verizon version.

Verizon in the process of buying Alltel so if I switch today, I’ll probably be back with Verizon tomorrow.

i guess it wasnt meant to be...was going to try out blackberry storm and went to store friday morning but was sold out and now all orders placed wont be shipping until dec 15 due to wrong os says engadget and crackberry. Guess windows mobile wanted to keep me until i got a look at touch pro from vzw next week.

Does anyone know for sure that the Pro is being released the 24th?? I am waiting for a back ordered Storm. I was torn which way to go. Figured I would give the Storm 30 days. Only problem is it may take 30 days to get.
