Hey SP,

You can always do what I did & activate a Sprint TP on your existing vz account.

You can get a pretty good deal on a new Sprint TP on ebay.

no, 64 is dedicated from the get go, leavining vzw users with 192 mb of ram i beleive. the sprint version however borrows 32mb from the 288 which is why on screen shots u see roughly 200 mb of free ram

Are you guys getting things confused a bit? Isn't Verizon 192MB total, Sprint 256MB total and AT&T 288MB total?

That's not true. It's 192 total on the VZW model. 64 of that is dedicated, leaving 128 for random stuff.

I went to the local Best Buy and checked out the Sprint TP, its alot smaller then I expected and the keyboard keys are tiny, I hope Verizon's TP's keys are bigger dispite the silly arrow between the M and the N.

from what I see, they are much bigger than the sprint keyboard. to be honest there are just some keys you just don't use on the sprint tp
ie
two shift buttons and a caps lock
a text message button? excessive much?

According to VZWShane (who has been providing pretty good info to date) over on HowardForums, the TP release has been pushed back from 11/24.

I was there yesterday, At the vz store that is and there internal website still said the 24th.

False alarm, sorry, he had his dates confused. Looks like we are still good to go on Monday!
