does anyone know how to set a ringer for a txt msg for a certain person or know if its even possible?

They tried to do this to me as well but I was firm and explained I'm giving them the business, if its not appreciated then I will go elsewhere... Eventually they put it through but it did require a manager.

Got mine yesterday from the Torrance, CA Best Buy.

Had problems getting the 20% off coupon to work because there was no bar code as well. The manager ended up giving me a $60 gift card instead. Oh better than nothing.

They wouldn't give me the 20% discount either but the kid I dealt with was really cool, he gave me a free charger and 20% off a bluetooth headset, so all in all i did ok.

Got mine at Brooklyn, NY. Got the 4th out of 5. They sold all 5 in one hour of opening. A manager had to come by and do the override on the 20%, but my SERO plan had no issues upgrading. They didn't even have to call it in. It looked like they just used SNAP.

dont listen to the bs about not honoring the 20% reward zone. the manager or the cashier can MANUALLY take the 20% off the COST of the phone and if they dont know how to ring up the coupon. you can get the discount they just have to manually adjust thr price of the phone first THEN ring up your total cost....
