I got my touch pro a few days ago can someone tell me if there are difference versions of the phone... I got mines from BB. Mines dont have a secondary camera on it. Is it because it's the US model?

Sprint models of the Touch Pro only have one camera (the primary one on the back).

did you get a printout at bestbuy? you should have. it lists the 18 dollar fee. its on mine but i too have not seen it on my acct as of yet. but it will probably pop up on the next billing statement so look out for it. if its on your printout it will be on your acct. if you didnt get a printout when you signed up your 2 yr, you better go get it!

ya know, you can do what i did, i emailed eCARE and explained to them that i was a long customer in good standing (10 years with sprint so im not lying. i have 3 accounts and pay on time all the time) and feel i should not have to pay the 18 dollar fee. i also told them bestbuy was supposed to give me a 70 dollar credit. eCare , after explaining how bestbuy is a 3rd party channel and sprint has no control over what those channels do, did give me the credit. so if/when the 18 dollar fee pops up i will email them back and they wil credit it back. so i will get up to 88 bux back! thats why i always say email those jokers, dont wate your time calling in.
