ya know, you can do what i did, i emailed eCARE and explained to them that i was a long customer in good standing (10 years with sprint so im not lying. i have 3 accounts and pay on time all the time) and feel i should not have to pay the 18 dollar fee. i also told them bestbuy was supposed to give me a 70 dollar credit. eCare , after explaining how bestbuy is a 3rd party channel and sprint has no control over what those channels do, did give me the credit. so if/when the 18 dollar fee pops up i will email them back and they wil credit it back. so i will get up to 88 bux back! thats why i always say email those jokers, dont wate your time calling in.
