I've been complaining everyday for 10 days about issues with my phone. I get the sorry for your problems someone will contact you and you eligible for a new phone with the $150 discount. I still haven't been contacted from sprint although they said they would.
I have white spots, keyboard can't use unless i spend another couple minutes fixing the mistakes on it, drop calls, low memory, soft resetting 4 times a day, date connections lost, no picture mail, and I used to have a buzzing from the back of the phone in the speaker but don't really hear that anymore. I don't even get text messages or phone calls sometimes either. |

needless to say i just cant stand not having a kb and battery life is just **** should i call now to setup a replacement once it becomes avail?

I just emailed E-care because I am still having a ton of hardware issues with my Mogul, and the price is exactly what the Touch Pro is going to be. I'll take a nice discount if I can, but either way I'm ready to upgrade. I just don't exactily want to spend $300 on a phone (but love having a PDA).

I am gonna be able to get the phone for a FLAT $249. Then when I get it im gonna be able to do the MIR so that will make it $149. All i have to say is sprint better honnor this when i go to purchase this. Have been on the phone for a week trying to get them to add to my acct and cant for some stupid reason so have to come up with the $250 first. Then will trade for the touch when they are ever out

It helps if you go full force with them as well.....don't bother with ecare or customer service go directly to corporate. when you call Sprint 3 times within a week your case gets escalated to a supervisor from account services automatically (take the employee number of everyone you speak with) so call go directly to the source on this one the reps will only read off what's in their rights so start at the top....Trust me! I work for a corporate office for a fortune 500 company and believe me if a complaint reaches this high it taken care of almost immediately. Here's a few helpful numbers to help out guys!
