It helps if you go full force with them as well.....don't bother with ecare or customer service go directly to corporate. when you call Sprint 3 times within a week your case gets escalated to a supervisor from account services automatically (take the employee number of everyone you speak with) so call go directly to the source on this one the reps will only read off what's in their rights so start at the top....Trust me! I work for a corporate office for a fortune 500 company and believe me if a complaint reaches this high it taken care of almost immediately.
