I did the same basic thing. Was having problems with my Mogul and told Sprint this was my third one and finally after a few calls and a few supervisors they are sending me a new Touch Diamond. And if it doesn't do what I do with a phone like my Mogul, I will be calling them back and try for the Touch Pro.

on the 24 if there not really releasing it on the 26

Those "select national retailers" are Best Buy stores, who already are selling the device or will be starting tomorrow.
