I did the same basic thing. Was having problems with my Mogul and told Sprint this was my third one and finally after a few calls and a few supervisors they are sending me a new Touch Diamond. And if it doesn't do what I do with a phone like my Mogul, I will be calling them back and try for the Touch Pro.
