Just got an email from my EVP rep saying that it's pushed back to 11/2, also.

I'm content with it. I didn't think there was going to be a pre-order, so I'm just happy that I was able to get the "ordering" part of it out of the way. Just truly a waiting game for me now.

I just wanted to update you with the information I recently received. The HTC Touch Pro launch date has been pushed back to November 2. I will send you the tracking information for your order after it ships as soon as it becomes available. Thank you!"

All - When phones are released they are sometimes released at different times through different channels. It is still posiible that you can get it through TeleSales. It may not be in stores until 11/2 and through EVP channels.

Although I am not going to get my hopes up on that one until I hear for sure. But they said the same thing for the Treo 800x and the Diamond. They both launched through TeleSales at the times announced, but didn't make it to the stores until about a month later.

Just something to keep in mind.

For what it's worth, I just got confirmation of my pre-order and was told 11/2 release.
