Re: Touch Pro Release date pushed back Farther
hey sweeties, when it comes down to it, unless someone has a picture of written proof, no one is going to believe a release date, people including me are running with the 10/19 release date because it's was one offical press release that mentioned it/ another leaked doc that had the date next it/ or lastly talked to a rep who said "sometime in october, I talked to a rep that told me that also. So people are hoping and in a state of denial about the release date and push back if any...SO that said, if you post a push date, people aren't gonna believe it, but don't take it personal, it's cuz people really want this fone and it's nothing against you!!!! I Hope 19th is right.... if not, i'll keep stackin bread!!!!!

Re: Touch Pro Release date pushed back Farther
words from the TSR:
it'll stll be released on the 19th just not to stores...just prolly telesales(which is the way it goes usually) it has nothing to do with video conferencing because that was removed when the additional camera was removed from the gsm version and lets not forget hurricane Ike put a lot of their shipping in a backlog...which could effect the date we receive the pro as well... also for people whining about the phone being pushed back..stop...you'll be the first one complaining about the phones flaws and how crappy R&D must be...but when sprint is bleeding customers and you keep beating the drum louder and louder and louder for a phone it gets rushed and you get an inferior product(i.e. the rumor) so can we just let sprint go through the process so we can (yes im getting a pro myself) can get the best phone possible... and i really hope one of you 30 dayers come into my store so i can look at it...see one scratch and tell you no(read the back of your receipt) that REALLY annoys me, costs my company big money and eventually costs me money as an employee |

Re: Touch Pro Release date pushed back Farther
I guess if you was workin for my company I would give up a pat on the back but that is Sprint policy. I can get a phone, keep it for 30 days and turn it back in. No questions asked. Why be upset about that? Some people like me just wanted to get use to the OS. I never had a windows phone and I really wanted the mogul until I saw the pro was coming out. The phone can be delayed for however long it wants to be but the fact is we can still get a refund by turning in the Diamond. So quit crying like Sprint is gonna read this and give you a free Pro by sticking up for them. Its their policy and we gonna take advantage of it.
"that REALLY annoys me, costs my company big money and eventually costs me money as an employee" quote from thelastpoet........ Gimme a damn break and get the hell over it. I didnt know you had stock in Sprint for it to "your" company but your still a employee. You sound like a clown. @SprintTouch08.... Nobody trying to play the "system". Thats Sprint policy. If Sprint didnt want this to happen im pretty sure the would have a clause in place for this not to happen. Last edited by lixo12; 10-05-2008 at 03:04 PM. |
