Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro -- Now working on Verizon! And with GPS!
Any method to reset the phone works - hold the power button until you get the menu, pull the battery, soft reset.
There's other methods... the 'shutdown' function doesn't exactly does what it is supposed to - instead of shutting the phone down, it resets it. Which I would think would be the 'preferred' method to let everything sync & restart gently. With that said, I don't really know if/what damage could be caused by a sudden soft reset/battery pull. |

I can confirm this is happening. "Updated APN list from cynaogen nexus one rom" - is one of the new updates to this build, so perhaps that is the culprit...

Yes, that is the culprit and what the discussion above about apns-conf.xml is regarding.

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro -- Now working on Verizon! And with GPS!
Everything is working for me fine now (GPS usually takes a while to get a fix, but it works) except, I can not use headphones to listen to music in Android. I know that it says that Audio is working, but mine only works on external speakers. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix?
Thanks, Nevin p.s. I was also wondering what folder to put music in to listen to music. For some reason it only finds some of my audio files. |

Headphone jack is not working (though someone claimed it worked previously, on the 2.0 system). I'll update the first page; thanks.

i think i read somewhere that it is working just not with the extusb connector or whatever it's called. something about the pins? i don't really remember now lol.
argh is your vibrate working on incoming sms? it doesn't look like mine it (just udated to todays kernal). per phh, this is an android issue. sometimes it works, sometimes not. seems to affect alot of devices, not just ours. also trying to use advanced maps wallpaper: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=700786 doesn't look like it's working for us but trying to figure out why (maybe just the live wallpaper issue? app doesn't seem to be in my menu after install though).
