how do you get the apps in the folder "Android Apps" into Android?

It should auto copy the applications over. They have to be in the root of the directory and not in one of the subs. If they are copy the ones you want from the 'games' etc folders (NOTE: the core folder is not needed anymore since they are put back in on the updated system.sqsh), delete your data.img and it will install on next boot.

I had it working for a few days straight using the 1-24 build. Had an odd problem, probably just had to do with the formatting of the network provider name. It displays 'Sprint' on the locked screen, but when i roamed today off the Sprint network, it just showed a '<?'. Trivial, but maybe the devs deem it worth noting.. And good job with the progress guys!

Thank you for this mini-guide -- I did the same, and it's working fairly well. Marketplace apps download over 3g just fine, and my phone hasn't crashed in a day (although it did right after I installed it a few times.)

I had a very similar experience as ldrn did crashed a few times when first installed but other than that..runs quite fine...occasionally I get the error message about the keyboard..just force close and all seems well.

Would someone be willing to post the latest modules/zImage/startup from HTC Wave?

Is there a way to prevent WINMO from putting a WMDRM folder on my card that I have android on? One time I booted android and it tried to rename the files like a million times and I had to reset to make it stop....
Thanks, Jon |
