Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

Incoming call will not ring. It will go straight to the voicemail. Anyone has the same issue?

make sure you are using the correct startup.txt (should be the raph800.txt, rename to startup.txt and place in the folder with haret.exe).

Update to newest zImage/rootFS

(I never ran into this issue, but everyone @ XDA reported this solved the problem for them...)

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

ok, makk it looks like the modules file you packed it corrupt or something. the size in the package is 861k. the one from glemsom is 6.33mb. i think something got screwed up somewhere and that is why he is pulling a loopboot.

there is the link to the latest posted.

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

Just a question, what do you all think of the HTC Desire? Is it worth upgrading to from this? It doesn't have a hardware keyboard, but it has a lot faster CPU and 2x the RAM, plus it is a native Android device...If anything it could be rooted for more control like we have over the RAPH800, right?

It's a great device if you don't mind the lack of a hardware keyboard. For me, it's a deal-breaker but I know for others it isn't.
