Re: 2000mah spare battery for htc touch pro 2 sprint

I got mine first in early November,it was almost as good as the OEM(I tested with internet radio streaming,OEM lasted 4 hours and this lasted 3 1/2 hours),I ordered and received a 2nd one from the same seller, this one with the same test only lasted 2 1/2 hours,it sucks, but it's a good spare for $10,I guess.

Is your 3500 mAh a Seidio or Mugen Power?

Re: 2000mah spare battery for htc touch pro 2 sprint

Well, I received 2 of those 2000 MAH batteries.. One last all day and the other was at 40% without doing anything by 12:30PM after coming off the charger fully charged 8:00am.

The one that does work doesnt seem to last any longer then the stock battery the TP2 came with....

Re: 2000mah spare battery for htc touch pro 2 sprint

Finally got mine and i am not sure but something wrong. Charged it to 100% overnight and it was lasting quite nicely untill in about 30 mins it went from 60% to 10%(nothing special - rebooted). Charged it again overnight and it went from 100% to 70% in about 4 hours and then to 10% in about 40 mins, again was not doing anything special it just dropps like a hammer after reboot it seems. Anyone experienced this? Do i need to cycle it few more times to get it to work properly or is it just defective? Both was on Mighty ROM with manilla(2.1) off and Mobile shell(3.5)

Re: 2000mah spare battery for htc touch pro 2 sprint

I think some of this is TP2 related. The TP2 and the HTC Hero(Android) use the same battery. I moved to the Hero a few weeks ago and now use the stock battery and this 2000mAh battery. The 2000mAh last noticeably longer and does not do the rapid discharge below 35% that I was seeing on the TP2.

Re: 2000mah spare battery for htc touch pro 2 sprint

Received my battery today..it post directly from singapore,

I use this to my HTC snap, and its fits perfectly to my snap.

I dont know about the battery performance...will recalibrate it first and then will review here and @ xda dev soon.

This is my 2nd non OEM battery..

my first battery is mugen HLI-SPS511SL 1800 mAh..quite good battery..but too expensive...and not value for money

FYI, same care with my mugen battery i am always recalibrate the battery after 1st use, so the rom can adapt with a bigger battery capacity

Thanks for your info guys..

==Sorry i cannot post my pict here..i am newbie here..and cannot post url and image..

you can find about the product screenshoot..and weight comparison between mugen, OEM and andida battery @ Xda dev maple thread
