My cradle also came with a place to charge a spare battery, a stylus that lights up blue when not in use (I use this stylus while my phone is docked)

I was waiting for someone to give the thumbs up on this cradle.. gonna order it now... too bad it doesnt have a 3.5mm headset jack like my TP1 cradle had.

I have had that charger for months, it works super.

I ordered it mainly for the 2nd battery slot. I got in the habit of always carrying a few spare batteries with me when I used a TP & figured I would do the same thing with the TP2.

The funny thing is, the TP2 gives so much better battery life that I have never used a spare batt yet (& I got the TP2 the first day they became available.

Apparently, it takes awhile for this shipper to get the product out. I had a payment confirmation on Dec 2nd, but the batteries (I ordered two) arrived on Friday the 18th.

I really believe the OEM batery has better life as I can get through a normal day on one charge with it, while the new battery dies late in the day (when the OEM sould still have enough charge for a couple more hours). Maybe I just have to run the new batt through a few cycles to get maximum usage. Either way, cheap backup when needed.

No just a cheap spare. This battery probably only has a few hundred charge cycles on it, I've already noticed a loss in battery life compared to when I first got it in november. Switched back to OEM and now I've got a nice $10 spare

Re: 2000mah spare battery for htc touch pro 2 sprint

The new battery doesn't seem to last as long after several weeks of use. Mine now goes till about mid-afternoon, at which point it drops about 10% every 30 min. By the time I get home, it's shut itself off. The power drop is not linear at all. My phone does not do this with the OEM. So I think we get what we paid for.
