In fact the full drain full charge mantra pretty much only applies to nickel cadium batteries which they dont even really use anymore.

Thanks for all the feedback in this thread. I weighed this new 2000mah battery is actually .2 ounce lighter in weight than the stock batttery, but seems to work as well if not slightly better.

I have 2 OEM batteries and this 2000mah battery...First, it's definitely not 2000mah. I'd guess it's about the same as the OEM, maybe slightly less. If you don't run your batteries all the way down, it seems to last longer than the OEM battery, but my experience is it drains slower than the OEM battery down to about 40%, then drains VERY fast down to zero. Still a great spare for $10.

Still seems great to me... I haven't done any official tests yet but in real world use I hardly ever run out by the end of the day now even with battery intensive things like 1.5 hours of slingbox watching, email checking, 20 min of phone use, web browsing, and an hour of mp3 use throughout the day. Stock battery would run out in the evening sometime when doing these... this one hangs on till bedtime.
