Yes, i DID buy it from the link on the first page. the link however is for an expired auction and gives you the option to go to another auction from the same seller of the same item.
Lithium Ion Polymer = Li-Poly

The size is the most obvious thing, what you're seeing is a fake component.

The casing is labeled and appears to be a 35V, 6800 microfarad capacitor. One is cut open to reveal a cheap 2200 microfarad capacitor complete with terminal leads INSIDE the counterfiet component.

What you see is certainly NOT what you get sometimes.

I bought one from ebay and it last long as the stock one. No need to waste you money.

No doubt. With fly by night companies sometimes the goal is just hit and run. Sometimes it is a little more serious.

After a bidding process with assorted suppliers, say your buyer scored a sweet deal on oh.. 10,000 units or more of that cap for your nationwide repair centers. Into the warehouse it goes to be distributed to all your component level repair shops.

What if those repair shops are FAA sites which maintain ATC radar/comm systems? Maybe government/military? Lets say that that is one of hell knows how many counterfiet parts in your supply chain. Oh oh.

Just saying again. Buyer beware. Very glad we are seeing a lot of reviews and feedback on the product in this thread. Just doubting more and more that the actual battery will be LI-Poly and wondering what it really will be.

On the other hand - looking forward to having an inexpensive spare battery!

Turn it over, I bet on the side that has the Andida hologram sticker, under Long Lasting, it says "High Capacity Li-ion Polymer Battery"

you are right. I just missed that. The packaging and the other side of the battery did not mention polymer on mine, but the side that is visible when installed in the phone does infact say lithium ion polymer.

I am running mighty mikes latest rom, and with the stock battery i usually have 40-50% battery life after a full day (unplugged from charger at 6:00 AM, plugged back in at around 10:00 PM). I installed the high capacity charger after recieving it on saturday, let it charge, and unplugged it around 8:00 PM sat night. Left it off the charge overnight, and used it all day sunday, plugged it back in around midnight last night and it still had 65% remaining, so it definately gave an increase.

Basically its looking like several people are infact seeing an increase, and those who claim it lasts no longer than stock STILL got a second battery for 8 dollars. Well worth the money IMO.

how does the memory microsd card reader work? I put a 1gb microsd in on one end, the other just barely fits into the USB port on my cpu, not all the way in
