This should work in the Sprint Hero, as the TP2 and Hero have the same battery form, correct?

Just recieved my battery, took about 2 weeks. Also recieved a microsd card usb adapter. Just thought i would point out, my packaging not only appears to be legit andida packaging, the battery does as well. Also, the battery and packaging both say lithium ion, unlike the ebay ad. Battery is charging now, will report back after a couple days of usage.

So it only mentions LI, not LIPO?

I agree with the rapid drain. If you decide to get it, have a charger handy. I have had this battery for 3 days now and have charged it 4 times. Each day it gets to around 40% and then rapidly goes down to 15-16% IN A MATTER OF MINUTES. I cannot depend on it to last all day. The original battery that came with my phone does last all day.

that is correct. both the packaging and the battery are labeled as LI, however the ebay auction marked it as LIPO.

Yes, i DID buy it from the link on the first page. the link however is for an expired auction and gives you the option to go to another auction from the same seller of the same item.

Mine is in shipped status, and I made sure the page was telling us LIPO. One previous report in this thread showed the batter marked LIPO and the packaging as just LI.
Can't complain til I see the product, but for the moment it sounds like you didn't get what you paid for.
