Re: 2000mah spare battery for htc touch pro 2 sprint

Just got mine today. Funny thing though...mine is Lithium Ion as opposed to the lithium polymer that you all received.
Edit: Nevermind, the battery itself says Li Ion Poly but the packaging only says Li Ion...we're good! Battery came @ a 60% capacity. I'll post my review later!

For $10 I'll just buy another one.

Re: 2000mah spare battery for htc touch pro 2 sprint

After being with the battery for about a week now I can still say it is working very good. Seams to be as good if not better than OEM. Definitly worth the $10 again.

Re: 2000mah spare battery for htc touch pro 2 sprint

Got my two. Fully charged first one with no issues - not exceedingly hot or anything. Haven't discharged it yet, so not sure if it lasts longer. Charge time and drain reports look good.

Right after ordering, I got a REFUND of $1US for a "special promotion" (which I was unaware of). I also received a MicroSD USB reader with the batteries. These folks are seriously interested in positive feedback.

Seems well worth the $10. Glad I got two.

You're saying it's not necessary with this kind of battery or with cell phone batteries in general?
Yep, just charge and go. Voltage depletion is not an issue with Li-Ion batteries. If youre experiencing sub-par battery life from one, the culprit will most likely be its age or heat wear.

Not terribly excited about the battery, but the cradle looks very useful.

Re: 2000mah spare battery for htc touch pro 2 sprint

Ok, I just got my battery yesterday. I tried to charge it, and it won't charge. The charge light blinks for a split second and then stops. Is there anything I need to do to it before it starts working?

Here's an idea: make sure you remove the tape covering the battery contacts.

Hope this helps!!

based on the number of ppl who have had this snag.. i'm going to assume that spare bateries do not usually come with this covering on it... lol
