How to get iGo8 run on TP2 with TTS enable and 2009 NA Maps (step by step guide)

I turned off everything I could, including TouchFlo, had tons of free memory. TTS simply stopped working with VZW stock 6.5, while it worked with 6.1.

I've been using the Q3 2009 maps that were available, but there is nothing newer than that that I have found. I'm waiting to get a 2010 update, hopefully sometime this month.
