except that you're pointing to the small business web pages which doesn't guarantee a consumer will get the price break, which makes sense as to why some people are reporting being denied the $200 price

just got off the phone with sprint they gave me the credit adjustment of 120 and i also uprgrade my other line and they gave me the tp2 for 199 as well but to get the credit it must be within 30 day purchase so get to callin yall

I can understand the logic in people not complaining about the original price, however imo it's silly to not even try. Worst case you are paying the same & spend 15 minutes on the phone. Best case you save $150 and end up with an awesome phone for an awesome price.

Well I just got off the phone with them. They offered me a $100 per phone credit. Not the $150 I was shooting for, but it completely satisfies me.

this crap is bogus............the sprint retention department will fight you like it was the tyson and holyfield fight .........stating that the price matching is only for corporate goverment employees........so they are saying screw the little people................bite me sprint....you bastards

Still shows as $349 for here in southern california, but I did get the $199 price from account services this morning.

just call back and try again, there have been several people call get told no then call again only to talk to someone else then get the credit, just you have be patient and persistent
