Funny, same thing happened to me. On Oct 1, I was promised the $150 credit. On Thursday, my online account showed a $50 credit. This morning, Saturday, my account showed a $100 credit. I called today and in a very pleasant conversation, had the remaining $50 credited, so I'm good to go. BUT............you do have to watch it.

OP is a moron IMO...read one of the many other threads on this subject, although it might not be official, there are plenty of people getting the TP2 for $199 without having a corporate liable account.

OP, is this really necessary? Most everyone knows that Sprint reps are telling customers on individual lines (not corporate) that they cannot have the price match.

If you bothered to read any of the other 30 threads on the same topic, you'd see that as long as you're persistent, and get a good rep, they'll work with you and credit you anyway. There was no official price cut for everyone. That was just a rumor, and fueled by the fact that people are getting Sprint to credit them the price difference on a case by case basis.

Further evidence that we are not "nickel and diming" Sprint for demanding a $199.99 price match. If one carrier can give the phone away for free and still profit from the monthly fees then they call can. It goes to show how little the phone is actually costing the carriers to purchase wholesale.

You guys are posting half truth's here.

That is if you are a NEW CUSTOMER TM will do that for you.And it is not TM it is a outside source that gets paid if you sign up as a new customer.

If you look sprint has them also as in the past i seen deals that i said WOW but you had to be a new customer.All of them do it you have to look.AND BE A NEW CUSTOMER.
