Re: sprint sucks
Why is it you think the next HTC phone will be any better then your current? There are hundreds if not thousands of people who had no problem with the TP, including me. You probably don't want to hear it, but if you were going in once a month to get your phone fixed its not the phone and a new phone isn't going to help. Maybe a smart phone is not the phone for you and something a little less technical would work out better for you.

I know I'd be more than a little upset if I payed $500+ for the phone and find out all these people are getting it for much cheaper. |

Re: sprint sucks
I had the keyboard replaced on the phone because they didn't have a replacement. and actually there was 2 people in to getting theres replaced too for keyboard problem.
and I had a 700wx (Paid full price) mogul (paid full price) and never had a problem with it then treo 800and only have one problem with it and that was the battery and they just replaced the phone for the hell of it. brought a touch pro and I have nothign but problems with it. And the treo 700wx I still have on my second line and it still works perfectly. |

Re: sprint sucks
I had a hard time with Sprint when I returned 4 years ago (Sprint>Nextel>Sprint). I got the Moto Q and my first bill was almost $1000. Eventually, we worked it out and IMHO, the CS has improved tremendously, there were times I was going over my plan mins and would rackup an enormous bill, and they have worked with me throughout and when my Moto-Q bombed I went in to one of their main hub stores and they replaced it, no problems. I've had their Simply Everything plan on 2 lines and just renewed another 2 years - dropping to the new data/mobile unlimited plan, saving even more money with my corp. discount. Even coverage has improved. So, good luck if you can find better rate plans and CS. The TP2 w/Sprint rocks! I just did the hack to get the tethering - I'm going to setup a laptop/projector/portable screen and watch the fight (Mayweather/Marquez) at the beach! Holla!

Re: sprint sucks
First, they're all lousy.
Second, I worked as a contractor to Cingular, now AT&T, for a while. I was so impressed I switched to Verizon 3 months after I started. At least with Verizon, I didn't KNOW they were screwing me and how it was done. I haven't had any issues with Sprint's CS, contrary to the street talk. It isn't perfect, but it isn't horrendous either. |

Re: sprint sucks
notinkeys -> i'd say the service i receive in the Sprint store is GREAT. the service calling into customer service over the phone is inconsistent and may require waiting a LONG time on hold.
