What is Sprint Asurion offering these days for TP2?

I'm going on third exchange not counting original phone . Lady told me to take it to store so they can store the numbers and do a hard reset . From reading this post I'm guessing it would be losing battle to ask for a android phone in return .... I paid over 500 buck for this piece of shit only to have to get a replacement almost every 2 months , smh

I'd be willing to take a refurb epic or Evo or any other android phone , this is worst phone I ever had , I'll never buy a windows phone ever again !!!!

WOW hay mucho que tragar con esto i dont know exactly where to begin. this sounds like one of the reviews i see on the sprint site. u must be one of those inexperienced consumers who have no the hell idea how to treat and maintain a smartphone, its very different than those moto flip phones. i dont have any serious hardware problems with my tp2 and ive had it for almost 8 mos. ur gonna goto an android phone and will probly have the same trouble plus all ur privacy will be compromised at the hands of google,ull probly even hear advertisements of products that u and ur friends both enjoy befor u can even complete a phone call with them because thats what google does.

Haha your right about the amount of problems are from users not oriented properly with a device like a TP2,
which needs tweaking from the beginning for a decent user experience.
At least mem cleaning and overclocking if they dont wanna flash another OS.

I have been on the same TP2 for about a year without even a screen protector!
Also if your using ANY social networking app (facebook), then you have already comprimised your privacy

facebook actualy has good privacy settings. better than android which is google who is know to take peoples info and sell it to advertisers. on android soon ull probly hear a commercial before u can make a phone call out to someone.

WinMo did not make your phone... If there are hardware issues... You may have a beef with HTC. If you have a software issue... It too may be due to HTC as they put sense on top of WinMo.
I suggest you read up on how to do a hard reset here on this site... Do it yourself and run WinMo only before you pass judgement on the OS. Secondly... I don't know where you got your phone but you got taken hermano... 500??? It was 400 out the door with a 100 dollar rebate on day one of release. That's what I was charged... Then I got an extra 100 dollars off when Verizon got their version for 300 out the door with a 100 dollar rebate. The hard reset process is very easy and any one of us would be happy to help you if you would just ask. I'm sure.

He's typing in Spanish because firstly he can, secondly it's not against the forum rules... Unlike Swearing... Which is why there's a swear catcher. Which you apparently feel it's ok to bypass.
