Have you tried to just flash a radio?
Maybe flash hspl again then flash a rom?

Re: TP2 wont boot!!!!

"it vibrates, white "TOUCH PRO 2" appears and stays for about a minuite, phone then resets itself and this cycle just continues"

Ya this was really familiar, but he was able to load roms and task29 so i thought he/she either allready read my post or it was another issue just with similarities!

Re: TP2 wont boot!!!!

I'm just trying to find a comment that I read...it had something to do with turn off OCT then uninstal OCT before flashing or it can cause issues! but while im looking were you by chance using OCT 1.5 for your overclock?

Re: TP2 wont boot!!!!

Just went through my OC bookmarks What I was recalling was a combination of the start menu shortcut causing endless reboots! xda-developers - View Single Post - Update:8/19/2010!!! There are now TWO apps for overclocking the Rhodium!!!

and Ninja Ducks OCT1.5 repack for TP2! http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/htc-touch-...-shortcut.html

ok soooo.... i didnt see a solution in either of the links. it sounds like a similar problem but i didnt put anything in the start menu either. everything was installed on the sd. so your thinkin the oc had something to do with it?

and i just reflashed to a diff radio and nothing

Re: TP2 wont boot!!!!

Sorry there was no solution in those links I was just posting the links to the posts that I had originally thought I had read about the problem with OCT and Flashing but it was nothing pertinent to this problem!

So no I don't think it had anything to do with your OC at this point!

Re: TP2 wont boot!!!!

exact same problem on mine, tried two different sprint factory roms, i see the green HTC logo on one, the touch pro 2 logo on the other, and it resets a bit faster, but ya, they just keep rebooting over and over, i flashed the original SPL back, same deal, and now i cant try other roms, but im guessing that wouldn't help, im just about ready to crack it open and look for blown fuses inside or something. .. been looking thru other forums for this problem too, seems nobody has any suggestions, im prolly gonna crack it open tonight and do an autopsy
