That's the risk that cmonex takes by charging for multiple unlocks. She may milk some more money out of a few folks, but she will end up losing some customers in the end who choose not to buy her product because of her pricing model (like yourself)

If you had, you'd see thier license agreement because I took the time to post it for everyone.

it's like with previous Hard-SPL unlockers - every user gets one free use of the Hard-SPL,
further use is subject to paying 3GBP per each device.
however, if you are a private user, you can have other uses free on request if needed, such as using it on a replacement device.
the license is valid forever and all this works as transparently as possible, so for normal users nothing is noticeable; while businesses who need to unlock more devices than that, can use the link inside the program to send payment or contact cmonex or Olipro if you want to discuss bulk unlocking.

I , the OP, am telling you:
#1. you don't know the terms of THEIR license agreement
#2 you didn't even take the time to READ their license agreement after I took the time to POST it for YOU.

So, my logic IS intact and I'd appreciate it if you did some research, or at least READ posts, before you accuse people of having flawed logic.

If people just read before posting, they wouldn't make an ass of themselves.
Furthermore, people complain about me highlighting and using large font.
But, even after I do that, people STILL post comments after not reading the highlighted text.

Whoa, settle down champ. You don't know me and weren't standing behind my shoulder for the last hour, so don't tell me what I have and haven't done. Fact is, I DID read your posts. Every single one of 'em. All I'm saying is that they clearly specified in their agreement that they can charge you for SUBSEQUENT devices.

They have honored their terms (you got the first unlock for free, didn't you??). But now if you wish to unlock a separate device (doesn't matter if it's the same phone number), they clearly state that you will need to pay for this service

I think I get what the OP is saying here. I don't think he's trying to unlock multiple devices, BUT , I do think he has tried , and paid multiple times to unlock just ONE device, and has failed to do so. I at least think they should resolve his unlock problem before trying to charge AGAIN. Paying multiple times and stil failing to unlock, why should you have to pay again? I have argued this point before. I am NOT bashing cmonex. I just think it should be resolved........... somehow. Perhaps they are getting flooded with so many requests, that yours simply got lost.... or gets lost in the mess of other messages they receive.

I am in complete agreement with you, I do retail myself, but I don't conduct business like that, I make sure everything is functional and unflawed(if thats a word), if someone buys something from me I offer full support as long as its something that wasn't caused by me of course, if they screwed something up, thats different, and I seriously just find it to be a PTIA every time I try to HSPL something, so losing business is kinda karma for taxing everyone I guess.

To answer your other question:
NO, I NEVER got ONE free unlock from them.
The unlocker NEVER worked for me.
I tried it on FOUR different computers and still got the same message saying that computer was a repeat user.
NOT POSSIBLE.

Now, AFTER, I have paid, I am STILL being locked out.
They need to honor THEIR license agreement.
