Trouble flashing
Sounds like the Task29 worked; problem must be with the flashing of the rom. I'm no expert, but try the rom flash again. Does the progress bar go all the way to 100%?

Re: Trouble flashing
Also, remember that alot of these ROM's take a long time to boot for the first time. They run provisioning, cabs, and costomizations. If this doesnt sound familiar, or you didnt wait at least 15-20 min, I would suggest to re-do Task29, then re-flash custom rom, and wait for a long time....15-20 seems long right....It sounds like the pprogress bar finished correctly, because it restarted. So I would also suggest to disconnect the USB cable after it says that the Rom flashed completed correctly.Good luck!

Re: Task29...a explanation.
So technically it's better to flash stock opposed from task29, correct..?? This little app just saves you some time and cleans up more than a Clear Storage would clean, but not as much as a Stock Rom Flash would clean, or did I misread...??

Re: Task29...a explanation.
i tried running task29 and it was successful only thing was that i got stuck on the TP2 splash so....
1) i downloaded the stock rom fromt he HTC site (couldn't find any rhodimg.nbh files in the threads) 2) extracted it using winzip i'm at work i can't install 7zip 3) renamed the nbh file to 'rhodimg.nbh' 4) loaded it onto an empty SD card 5) put the phone into Bootloader & started the install screen comes up w/ the progress bar 6) it goes from the following: Bootloader - OK Splash 1 - OK Splash 2 - OK Radio - OK OS - Update in Progress... 6) the bar is now full and still says it is updating for quite some time now is there anything i did wrong that it is stuck on this screen? should i just restart the phone w/o the SD card and hope it boots up? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Re: Task29...a explanation.
Mine did that before, I just pulled the batter and put it in bootloader mode, and the second time worked for me. It never reboots, but it said sucessful and I had to pull the battery and let it boot up normal. Hope this info helps a little.
