Slacker is a good Radio app and its free.
also u can configure ur keyboard for the Ctrl Alt or Tab key.
u can do a reset by pressing the power button on top a couple of seconds.

i am really happy with the TP2...its a very nice and useable phone!!!

Re: How's the durability of the TP2 so far?

I notice there are a good amount of people saying they turn off the screen while typing. Maybe they have big hands. I have never had that problem. I also place my left hand under the keyboard when typing and not also on the top screen.

yeah ihave always turned off the screen when using the keyboard, i tap the Power button with the inside of my left index finger.

Well, enough people do have the problem that there is a specific app posted in the stickies to prevent it......

The fix is in the stickies (that's where I got it)

If you can't find it, I will post it later (I don't have it with me at work)

Wirelessly posted (Sprint Touch Pro 2: Opera/9.80 (Windows Mobile; WCE; Opera Mobi/WMD-50433; U; en) Presto/2.4.13 Version/10.00)

my tp2 has the oil patch problem that affected the TP screens.
usb can be a bit touchy but I've found that the problem is with the cable. My desk cable is touchy, my car cable isnt

Re: How's the durability of the TP2 so far?

No HW problems, but the slew of moisture markers makes me very nervous of getting denied for an insurane claim IF anything does go wrong (coming from a line of HTC/Audiovox devices, it will). I recommend never taking it to the bathroom when showering, letting it cold and then walking into a hot/humid home, etc.. There's even one of the markers right next to the 3.5mm mic jack which I've blocked with a small piece of rubber.

As far as the power button, you can also re-assign it in keyboard config. It's been fine for me, so much so that holding it for 0.3 seconds performs a soft-reset.

Re: How's the durability of the TP2 so far?

I have to say the TP2 has done well for me. It has survived my 18 month daughter getting ahold of it and dropping it on the wood floor a few times, it's fallen out of my car onto pavement twice when I was getting out and it survived a fall down my stairs (about 8 of the 12 steps) onto a hard tile floor without even a hiccup. surprisingly with all that I only have 3 small scratches on the case and no hardware problems.

Re: How's the durability of the TP2 so far?

Thanks all! Really great info - I appreciate everyone's input. So far it sounds like everything is hit or miss but insurance should take care of most problems. Very good tip on the moisture markers, I'll keep that in mind.
