Data call failure Error Code 67

Hi, I have read about this error a lot, but my problem is a bit different.

First of all when I got the error message I wasn't trying to use my phone as a modem or anything. One of the solutions or recommendations I read was going to the phone settings and check the Phone Identity. In there to check the Username. I did and the username is not mine, my question is how do I change it? how do I set it update the profile. I get no options here, only Done and Cancel
