Data call failure Error Code 67

Hi, I have read about this error a lot, but my problem is a bit different.

First of all when I got the error message I wasn't trying to use my phone as a modem or anything. One of the solutions or recommendations I read was going to the phone settings and check the Phone Identity. In there to check the Username. I did and the username is not mine, my question is how do I change it? how do I set it update the profile. I get no options here, only Done and Cancel

BTW I'm using the original Sprint Rom WM6.5

try running the Update Profile. i think it's in system settings or maybe connection settings

Unfortunately for me I can't find where to upgrade the phone, I went through every single option in my phone and didn't find it.

Any help? Who knowshow to do it? Where do I find the option to update the profile?

Ok, I can say that my problem is officially solved.

I contacted Sprint and they guided me to reset my profile and setup my data plan correctly. It turns out that I needed to dail ##3283# and then type in the MSL code (which I didn't have but they gave it to me). Once in the settings I was able to reset the profile and after the reset no more problems.

I hope this information can help any of you guys having this exact same problem!
