Windows needs a change then that would impede the progress of android and may be able to beat apple in marketshare this year.
Uh, clearly YOU'RE not understanding the report. Winmo ROSE in October. It was at 6.6 million in May, and went up to 7.1 million in October.

So the 1 million Android was at is obviously not enough to be significant as compared to winmo, and the 500,000 INCREASE winmo had.

Look here for the raw data:
http://www.fiercedeveloper.com/pages...ctober-numbers

Google (android) had roughly 900,000 in July, roughly 1 million in October. So they grew by roughly 100,000. Winmo had roughly 6.6 million in July, roughly 7.1 million in October. So they grew by roughly 500,000.

Just the facts. Check your opinion at the door because it doesn't fit in with the the facts.

Your telling me to check my opinion when I'm the one saying winmo NEEDS a change(which they're doing with winmo 7) and you're the one saying winmo 6.5 is fine and thriving and winmo needs smarter users. Yeah OK buddy.

Look at the article talking about winmo 7. look at all the comments. I don't think there is one single person happy about any of the changes. So don't act like you know everything. Plenty of people are happy with winmo 6.5 and most people are saying they will try to run winmo 6.5 on their new win 7 devices if the changes are true.

So yeah, again, your opinion doesn't really mean anything to anyone else. I know you're probably used to your opinion being the most informed or whatever in real life because you're a techie. But around here we're all techies too. and our opinions are just as valid as yours. And when we're posting a bunch of facts, it makes our opinions far more valid and relevant than yours.

If you want to be taken seriously, post some facts to support your rants. But as I see it- winmo would sell just as many or even more units as any other OS if they marketed just as much or more than any other OS. I see android and iPhone commercials all the time. I never see any winmo commercials. And yet iphone just barely passed winmo in market share, and android isn't even close to catching it.

Re: Who plans to go HD2?

You are Both right and Both Wrong..

Market Share is relative only to the period mentioned and only to units sold.
User Base would refer to all units in use that sold during the period and previous, WinMo would easily have the user base and iPhone may have have market share, although I can't see how one phone by one manufacturer by one carrier can outsell multiple WinMo "PHONES" from multiple manufacturers, thru multiple carriers, in any single month or cumulatively.

real home internet connection speed:

like i said though, we have nothing like that in san antonio. time warner and at&t both only got me 6 avg and 7-8 max. how much does that kind of connection cost you?
p.s. still like my wireless 4g stick!

For the record, I think GSM IS better than CDMA, and T-Mobile is better than Sprint.
i think the future is gsm, but cdma isn't going anywhere in the usa unless verizon switches, which would take years anyways.
i'm not so sure t-mobile is better than sprint. if they are doing so well, how come deutche telekom wants to dump them?

Where do people come up with this stuff. Also the nexus one didn't have pinch to zoom because at 1st google wanted it to be a one handed device, but pinch to zoom was so popular they did the software update, thats what a real company does.
is that any video link or just youtube? what about keezmovies or redtube?
