Again, the phones are faster than the WinMo phones because they have better specs. Compare the HD2 to a G1 and then tell me which one is faster. |

Re: Who plans to go HD2?
It's no different than comparing the best spec'd brand new Android phone on the market to an old Windows Mobile phone and acting like the OS is the reason it's so much faster.

Re: Who plans to go HD2?
Personally, I may just skip the HD2 and go straight to the HTC Obsession (Diamond3).
We'll see what else comes of WinMo 7 devices in the next 6 months, before I jump to anything else. Quote:
According to the latest Windows Mobile 7 findings by WMExperts, HTC Obsession could very well be the first Windows phone which will ship with Windows Mobile 7 come this fall. Microsoft may even show it off at the upcoming Mobile World Congress, where they are highly expected to unveil Windows Mobile 7 for the very first time.

Re: Who plans to go HD2?
brownhornet iphone isn't better, yeah it has some features that make it more user friendly but it lacks too much to compete with droid and tp2 on professional level.

http://wmpoweruser.com/?p=12754&utm_...ontent=Twitter WinMo is actually gaining market share since the release of the HD2 (and even since the release of the Touch Pro 2). Yes, of course there will be a lot of people happy with their Android devices. And then some new WinMo device will come out with better specs and lots of people will buy it. And then some Andoid device will come out with better specs and people will buy it. And the cysle will continue. I think it's less about the OS and more about the phone itself. At this point either OS gets the job done. WinMo 7 will be an improvement, but it won't make or break anything. The hardware has to be top notch for anyone to even care about the OS. |
