I would not give any credit to this rumor whatsoever. As far as T-mobile internet service its very very poor in my area.

i really cant believe the highlight of the show was an iron chef. really does not make me proud to be on sprint...at all

but still they have the best plans around with the best bang for buck/coverage ratio so i cant complain too much. just doesn't fare well for the outlook of the company

While you may be right your article was from 2008 when the rumor first surfaced, but it came back again just a couple months ago. That's the second link.

Did you read his links? T-Mobile (their German parents, anyway) have enough money to buy Sprint right now if they wanted to. And that is with or without hesse's approval (the company is publically traded, so Hesse can only do so much to fight it). And his link was from September of 09, so not exactly obsolete news.

Not saying it will happen, but you'd be foolish to totally write it off. If T-Mobile decides they want Sprint, then they will get Sprint.

Haha yes i read the short paragraphs. The matter of the fact is you dont know whats going to happen and you yourself are foolish for believing in rumors.

The world around you is more complex than you can probably understand. From an economic stand point to a business standpoint, to creating an ecosystems that produce benefits and income.

No you just want a Nexus One and became a total fan boy in a heart beat because Sprint didint hand you a nice warm bottle. There a reason patience is a virtue something you'd understand living in the now, the present instead of living off rumors speculations and past speculative reports and so on. just my humble opinion

Uh, I did not create these rumors, nor did I ever say I thought it was going to happen. I just accurately stated that you'd have to be an idiot to totally dismiss it, and you must live in a cave if you haven't heard or read about these rumors yet.

Patience is NOT a virtue when you're talking about cutting edge technology, by the way. LOL, I can just picture Dan Hesse- after releasing Sprint's horrible quarterly financial report (several years in a row, mind you) with millions of customers leaving them and billions of dollars in the red... And right after sprint just heavily promoted an event only to have T-Mobile and Microsoft totally embarass Sprint there by announcing an exclusive on the device Sprint customers made the hottest topic on Sprint's own message board... Imagine Hesse getting up there and saying his answer to it all was "patience is a virtue" like that somehow means a damn thing in the tech sector. LOL, hillarious.

BY the way, I am not a T-Mobile fanboy. I'm just informed about what is happening and able to make an unbiased decision. In fact, if you read this thread from the start, you will see that I said all along (repeatedly) I would NOT go to T-Mobile for this device. I am a sprint customer at the moment.

And I was not expecting Sprint to hand me a warm bottle. Again, if you read this thread form the start I accurately predicted that sprint would NOT be announcing this device.

So before you go acting like I'm some kind of rumor mongering fool, you better ask yourself why your opinion is any more valid than mine. Especially when you're the one who was so out of touch with the happenings in this area that you hadn't even heard about one of the most rampant rumors- that has been getting lots of press for about 2 years now.
