Re: Who plans to go HD2?
It did too work. They abandoned porting Android. They successfully booted up into Linux and used a USB keyboard on an iPhone running Linux. They also successfully installed a bootloader (which is the same as us using a hard spl).

CID'ing is removing phone security so U can change a lot of things on the phone. On a TP2, U just need to send ur IMEI to cmonex and they will send U a code to remove the phones security as well as unlock it. When ur phone's security is removed, U can easily change the ESN by just typing any no. U want. ANd that is a secured phone? |

They successfully used the USB port and a hardware keyboard in that video. Linux was clearly working. Teh OS was clearly NOT the iPhone OS, and the device was clearly running on another OS. And no, the iPhone is not more secure. As that video proved, people could be flashing ROMs if they wanted. They have a working bootloader. Heck, they have working Linux. |
