Secured? Like I said over and over, No phone is secured from that kind of security. But Aside fro the WM vulnerability, It does not have an OS hardware security as well.

Bcoz Iphone is capable of any GSM network. Just unlock the frequency which the ATT is also doing now. It's called factory unlocked. Now, A Stolen iPhone can be traced via IMEI that they cannot change. The same IMEI/ESN that can be change in WM very easy.
