I think u should hard reset and only install one program a day and weed out the culprit . could just about guarantee its sumthin your putting on it.the audio tweak that came out a couple weeks ago did it to me. started uninstalling till it went away and now no problems

Re: 5TH SPRINT REPLACEMENT... WHAT DO I DO???

Honestly, I work in Service and Repair at a local Sprint store, We have replaced over 100 TP with TP2's.
One was returned due to compatability issues with BT and door locks for houses.
We have had ONE come back for software issues and turns out to be his card.
Simply replacing his card fixed his issues. That is my suggestion for Resolution.

(FYI, Care is only allowed to send 3 devices via advanced exchange. after that you are required to go to a Service and Repair location.)

5 phones doing the same thing? it's the user, not the device.

If you have had 5 TP2's, then buy a new phone. TP2's are selling on eBay for $399. Take your earnings and upgrade.

That's a really good point. A bogus SD card could cause havoc.

My phone has done that once in the last month and I think it was on the first ROM I flashed which I think was a mighty ROM. Been running Energy ROMs for a while now and they have been doing very good. 18hr's and I'm still at 70% and used the GPS for almost an hour on battery with screen on. I'm about ready to buy a 2nd one for my wife.

I have to agree.. I do advance exchange all the time for customers and you are the first person I have heard of that has had 5 returns ( i havent even had anyone with 3) for a TP2.

After 3 AE's we send customers to a repair shop because if you are having issues with 3 seperate phones there is a good chance that it may be something you are doing.

And while I flash and use custom rom's, technically speaking once you do that you are taking a risk and if something keeps happening you might as well stay stock, because I really doubt that you could have gotten 5 bad TP2's.

Wirelessly posted (Touch Pro 2 (Sprint): Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 8.12; MSIEMobile6.0) Sprint T7380)

I would just goto a store/repair center. If your issues are legit, try to go see the same tech everytime. That way he can be familiar with you and your phone. My local store kicks ass, but i cant say the same for yours. It very well could be something silly like a proggy you are using, or the sd card as others have mentioned. Build a relationship witht the local store and they will help ya.

Oh yeah, some advice: You catch more flies with sugar than you do salt.
