I am not impressed with my Mogul. Sad, but the number one reason I got it was because it was the upgrade to that box called the 6700. The size appealed to me. When I use it, I have moments in which I feel at times the 6700 was faster.

The construction of the Mogul is PISS poor. I havent dropped it once, but from much use of the keyboard, I can look at it and see that the keyboard doesnt fully close when not in use; there is a gap there that bothers the hell out of me.

I paid FULL price for what I consider to be a piece of junk!

If the Mogul were discontinued, I wouldnt lose a moments worth of sleep over it.

LOL!! The keyboard issue didn't bother me till my brother brought it to my attention. It bothers me how it feels "loose".

i agree. little things like the gap, cheap plasticly feel to it, different color hues on most moguls, little ram, and others makes me hate it too. But for the mean time its a kik ass phone for me.

A friend of mine has the Wing and kept insisting my Mogul was inferior to his Wing LMAO!! I had to educate him and it shut him up....Only thing I like about the Wing that the Mogul should have had is the body. I like the whole "rubberized grip".

I kinda feel bad for Mogul users. Yeah, I'm sure some have no gripe with it whatsover, but when att released the Tilt they beat Sprint once again to the punch. Sprint was supposed to release a phone worthy of competition against the Tilt, but they didn't. I remember a few weeks back the Mogul was one of the top rated phones on cnet. Now it's not on the list and I see the Tilt's taken it's place.

It's Sprint's fault that this is happening. They had 2+ years to learn from the 6700 and they dropped the ball on it. My biggest pet peeve is the bluetooth. How can you not get it right in 2+ years time? It's not HTC's fault. They're releasing great phones. I'm not sure about Eten but I'm pretty sure imate is just a rebranded version of the HTC phone. It's just when Sprint gets a hold of the phones they re-brand them and end up doing something to screw them up.

I think Sprint's been going down hill since the merger with nextel and if they want to continue competing with Att and Verizon they're going to have to suck it up and start giving the consumer what they want not what they think they want.

Ya...feel bad for us cuz i was totally bummed out when I took out my Mogul form its box and turned it on. First thing i looked for was GPS, nope none. Second thing i looked for was Auto Focus. Nope no auto focus. Then I ran out of ram later in the day. So i was like.. "Holy Turdgadget Batman!".

Well, I was refferint to my first mogul. In which was perfect. So I did not have no backlight issue. I wish everynight that I had never returned it cuz of a simple stylus clip failure.

I'm happy with mine! Can't wait as the development of the custom ROMs and once a kitchen is developed we'll really be rocking here!
