Got them to give it to me. I have been plagued with backlight issues from my last 3 mogul replacements. So they said yes they will give me a mogul since i have 3 replacement and i am not happy. I got lucky i guess. But this only worked cuz im still in the 30 day replacement window. Otherwise they wont do it.
