Due to Sprint making a pathetic move like this, it has made alot of customers get rid of their sprint service. I can't hold out much longer myself, If I cant have MMS video/picture mail working like any other god damn phone I'm getting rid of it.

Also Posted in: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=17675 "Sprint Denies PPC customers from sending picmail"

Called the Gary Forsee # and reached the Executive Office and talked with Mondrell. He is researching the problem, he tried to tell me that it was because it was a WM PPC that our phones only use email service and that there is no way for MMS to work. And that because we are using a 3rd party hack that is not authorized by sprint that it could cause errors on our phones. I told him that the hack that allowed us to use our MMS was from Alltell 6800 which is also a CDMA company that there is no excuse that our phones cant also use MMS without a problem. He then asked where I was getting the information from online and I gave a list of all the sites that have anything to deal with sprint and the mogul/touch. I told him that this is a very hot dbate online and this is causing alot of hate and anger tword sprint. I hope I hear back some more from him.

I suggest more call this number and talk to Mondrell. Give him some more info. 866-727-0665

The hack could cause errors!?!? What errors!?!? I'm running a hacked OS that was designed around a completely different PPC and it runs better than it did stock with all Sprint's crapware! Mebbie it would interfere with Sprint TV or something else they charge us for that doesn't work LOL! Gimme a break, that is a big old cop-out on Sprint's part. No surprise since they don't know enough about the technology they're selling to get the facts straight. I'll call Mondrell, you betcha!

Called the #. Got patched thru to terminations, who switched me to "tech support" which happened to be a bad line, and hung up.....Looks like Sprint's customer service is as "good" as ever, and It seems that EVERYONE I talk to has no idea what's going on. Can we trust them anymore? I think not.

Thats odd because thats the # he gave me to go straight to the Exec office where he said just ask for him... well now that I think about it, that sounds about right they seem to always give fake #'s when they are afrade of you. just like women

Try this # 703 433 4401 thats the one I initially called trying to get the CEO the 866# was the one that Mondrell gave me.
