Re: Reg tweaks [07/15/2007 rev.2]

By default, a PPC will sound a warning sound when the battery is running low (10%, fixed value), but there's no way to disable or change the notification. To enable this, so that it is visible in the "Sounds & Notifications" control panel, set:

HKCU\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877D663-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}\Default = "Low battery warning" (REG_SZ string, no quotes)

Re: Reg tweaks [07/15/2007 rev.2]

My Mogul got wet and several hardware keys are sticking now. Is there any way I can disable the hardware keypad altogether? I'd like to try and just use the software keyboard, at least until I can find a more permanent fix.

Re: Reg tweaks [07/15/2007 rev.2]

Is there a reg edit that changes the default browser from IE to whatever you want?

for example when I get a link in an E-mail and click on the link it opens with IE, I want it to open with skyfire.

Re: Reg tweaks [07/15/2007 rev.2]

Greetings. Im pretty sure the newest version of skyfire has a clickable option of turning it into your default browser. I think a bunch of people were actually having issues with it being their default browser even though they didnt want it to be.

Re: Reg tweaks [07/15/2007 rev.2]

When I change the operator name and do a soft reset it resets the operator name back to Sprint. why? because the other registry edits I do work fine and don't reset
I am running a custom ROM on 755 base if that matters
