So now they are telling me they don't have any 6800s instock and then when I asked why I got the wrong phone I was told that "I ordered the 6700" i told the rep I did not. Then I was told they won't release the 6800 til the end of June. I told her thats bullshit because my buddy has a 6800 that he ordered the same time I ordered my 6800. After getting so pissed off I told her to just refudn me the money and send me a label to send the phone back. Then she told me that it would take 2 to 3 months to have the money credited back to my credit card. I was pissed now and told her to just send me a return label so I can return all my phones and to cancel my account. This is the 3rd issue I've had with Sprint and I got my service on May 5th. She immeditally transfered me to winback. Got on the phone with those idiots and he told me they don't have any 6800s instock and I could wait 1 to 7 days to get the new phone. So yeah I'm stuck without my new 6800 for at least 1 to 7 days

Damn that really sucks challgren..

7 days is way better than several months but still disappointing...

Now I had Telesales call me fiurst question I asked was yeah we have plenty in stock. So then I brought up my order that wont be fufilled for at least 7 days the rep says he can't find the order at all. Intresting I say intresting. Now I'm transfered to order support. Lets see how this goes. You never know I might have a PPC6700, PPC6800 and SPC for sale shortly.

The 6800 IS available through SERO but not at a discounted price. You will pay 399.99 like on a regular price since the phone is not yet listed on the SERO website. Im sure when it goes on the site it will be about 288.00 or something like that..

Just call SERO at 1-888-882-4030 and tell them you want the 6800 with a SERO plan and they will take care of you.

Hopefully some rebates for this phone will be available soon... The only one available right now is the Kellogs $75.00 one.

not necessarily ... the 755p has been on the SERO site since shortly after its release and it's still $279 (same as the main Sprint site with a 2yr). I doubt there will be any discounts for a while, but maybe a mail-in rebate or something.

Hey the question I have then is when I talk to a SERO rep will they ask me anythign about the employee email and or any information about them? I dont mind using the savings@xxx email but if I get grilled on the spot on who gave it to me, why they gave it to me blah blah blah , I could screw myself but, will they ask me how I know the person or anything like that when I call in?

Yeah it seems that now you cannot order from the SERO website, you have to call in to place an order. I'm sure they'll ask details on how you got the address, etc. Not too long ago there were rumors of a SERO audit going on.

Also, for anyone who wants to know, the Mogul has 25.65 MB of Program (RAM) memory available. This is after the first soft reset after the device itself ran the Sprint customization script. No apps or anything has been installed.

For those of you who have a friend that works for sprint see if he can get it for you. It migh take a little longer but my friend said if I can't get it through insurance he can order me one for $288 unactivated. Just an FYI for you all.
