So now they are telling me they don't have any 6800s instock and then when I asked why I got the wrong phone I was told that "I ordered the 6700" i told the rep I did not. Then I was told they won't release the 6800 til the end of June. I told her thats bullshit because my buddy has a 6800 that he ordered the same time I ordered my 6800. After getting so pissed off I told her to just refudn me the money and send me a label to send the phone back. Then she told me that it would take 2 to 3 months to have the money credited back to my credit card. I was pissed now and told her to just send me a return label so I can return all my phones and to cancel my account. This is the 3rd issue I've had with Sprint and I got my service on May 5th. She immeditally transfered me to winback. Got on the phone with those idiots and he told me they don't have any 6800s instock and I could wait 1 to 7 days to get the new phone. So yeah I'm stuck without my new 6800 for at least 1 to 7 days
