I would have been able to help with those things. Because of a loophole people had found that allowed them to add retentions plans to their own accounts, Retentions is temporarily on hold.

Gotta wait a few weeks for them to re-organize and secure that loophole then I can start working on saving your accounts from leaving sprint

Anyways, in the meantime - I would be glad to help with your bills if you HONESTLY have problems not forgetting to add a data plan and going over and want me to try to fix it... let's be serious here.

I can add things to plans, sign you up for new lines of service and direct ship phones to your house, etc.

Coming from a 3rd party employee from the "current top company in the plains region for the month of march" I would never in any way wish to have anyone want to get in contact with me on a website like this. You must not see nearly as many customers as I do at my store but I offer my services to close family and friends off the clock and usually spend about 60 hours a week doing on the clock work for everyone else. Yes as a 3rd party company we have to make sure our customer service is that much better than the corporate stores because they have some tools to them that we do not. I have prided myself on being the top sales associate for the last 2 years for my indirect company but have dealt with soooo many issues and questions, especially the "how do i make my mogul look that cool?" and the "when does this phone or plan" come out. I dont know how they do things in shoreview my friend but please dont go fishing for business on a site like this because one day youll be in my shoes spending all day every day helping people all over the country and not have any time for yourself. If thats your goal you might as well try and come work at my store and realize this job is amazing and sprint is sooo much fun to work for but try and build a referral business from your face to face customers because youre gonna get more crap on here than you could ever ask for. If you need customers we have upgrades out the wazoo and Ill send some your way. Sorry again for taking the top indirect in the region from ya last month. Better luck in April!

We have plenty of customers. I am no longer working in the stores and am working to improve Sprint's customer service because if you do work with Sprint then you will understand what I mean.

We are not "fishing" for business. I understand fully that 90%+ will be technical questions, helping with bills, etc. Things I will not get paid for. I am trying to help and will be helping on multiple forums with the issues I can help with ( I don't claim I will be able to help in every instance, but I should be able to provide the right number so you do not need to sit on hold).

P.S if you work for Phoenix, no worries. We will take the spot back.

Currently I am a sales rep/manager of the Shoreview (Arden Hills), Minnesota store.

However, I am in the process of building a new department (run out of the Arden Hills store) that will work on things such as Outside events (TV shows, conventions, etc), New Customer Service Processes, etc. We don't plan to make much money from this department, hopefully break even on the labor but in the process improving the customer service given to a few thousand customers.

It will be small - but hopefully will show Sprint a better way of handling their customer service and improve the service overall. Let's face it - call me biased but Sprint DOES have the best network when you add their data capabilities and coverage. They just need to get organized with all the features they are ready to implement and stop doing stupid things like blocking Sprint TV on the Mogul, etc.

TV on the mogul is the one thing that I am waiting for and cannot figure out why it worked for about 1 week and then they blocked it and I do not feel like spending all of the money on a slingo or something along those lines screw that. I appreciate you doing your part to help with the customer service because (yes I work for pheonix and i had the best month in my sprint career last month which made us go 1st last month if you take it back cool but hopefully my store will prevent that) at the mall of america where I work I deal with every possible type of customer you have ever imagined and I will on rare occasions give out my "work cell" to customers in case they need anything in any area. My "personal cell" is only for me and my fam and friends and coworkers. But thats why Im glad I get two dealer lines on sprint and nextel. I have tried and thought very long and hard about what I could do to improve the customer service because 9 out of 10 times someone is mad its because of mohamed abdu salim or whatever in malaysia B.F.E. giving them horrible customer service.

If you can take the crown back then good luck man well give you a run for your money I just hope youre not one of those horrible stores that tries to get someone to return a phone and cancel from us just so that you can give them a "better price" on the phone or something silly like that. Thats been pissing me off a lot lately that some little idiot Indirect, and yes some Corporate, employees get mad because they didnt get the new and end up messing with our churn rates getting someone to return and cancel with us just to buy it from you. We have seen many many many customers come in before and its becoming very unflattering as a company that one indirect location has to go and bad mouth another one or even bad mouth a corporate store. I have love for everyone that dawns a sprint badge every morning and deals with all the crap we get on a day to day basis. I dont take days off just to keep ahead of the curve. Were all one big team regardless of who signs our paychecks. Over the last 3 years ive been with sprint only 50% of my customers are ones Ive sold phones to.

Good luck in your approach at real customer service that we should be giving to our customers like they deserve I hope it works out for you. And please if you need anything from the top dogs of last month lemme know!



P.S. If anyone does need help and you are not able to provide it ask me and I might have a way around or through it but I try and spend my time on here helping myself and my furthering of my mogul. Customers are more than welcome to come into my store on a daily basis and I will do whatever I can.

LoL - I know what your saying man - f-ing best buy keeps selling laptops with aircards in them and saying "its easier to just cancel your aircard and sign up with us." - its false churn !

Hey man, if you ever have that happen - you need to contact your Indirect Manager A.S.A.P false churn is a big deal - and they will get on it and contact the store right away.. there are stores being shut down for that!

Well, perhaps we could work together at some point - we dont have to be rivals all the time, just at our stores! hah.

Oh believe me Im the most laid back person youll ever meet and if you ran into me on the street you wouldnt know how much I can sell and even that I was a sales man at that! But when someone messes with a sale that I worked hard on (i work hard on every one i do) I would f that guy/girl up and I go straight to my I.A.E. and everyone high up enough that would need to know. but since Best buy employees are never trained in how cell phone industry works (now supposedly with Best Buy mobile opening theyre getting better but Ive talked with many of them and they dont **** any more than you learn in your first training week at a real store). But there are many many other indirects and agents that I wish with a passion would be wiped out. Any store that sells like sprint, veriozon, tmobile, at&t should be taken away because those stores piss me off! Well ya lemme know if you have any questions or need any help and Ill do the same. Like I said I got nothin but love for my sprint fellows as long as they dont step on my toes! Good luck with the customer service but sales wise........BRING IT!!!!!!
